Bridge28 is a single integrated institutional platform: requirements enter with AI assistance, route to administrative mediation, connect verified counterparties under consent-based disclosure, negotiate in governed Deal Rooms, prepare for institutional fundraising through the Readiness Engine, execute along governed trade corridors, and settle on bank and regulated crypto rails through licensed institutions — with every step sealed in a tamper-evident, independently verifiable record.
What the platform does not do
Bridge28 performs no regulated activity, no institutional structuring and no custody of client assets. Licensed institutions move funds. Blockchain is used for verification, integrity and auditability — never tokenisation; no tradable token is issued.
Governance model
An independent Governance Committee supervises admission standards, conduct, attribution-ledger integrity and escrow release approvals under quorum policies, from one-of-one through four-of-five. Disputes are referred to a recognised UAE arbitration centre, with the sealed record as the evidentiary baseline.
